Apple, Tech News

So today Apple announced that Snow Leopard will be released on the 28th of August 2009. This is following many rumors that had been flying around. So have you Pre Ordered your copy yet? I did earlier today and decided that I would run over some of the features. First of all it runs in 64 bit, yes, 64 bit. What dose that mean for you? Massive speed upgrades. Along with that the O.S. has been refined. No, they haven’t cut everything out, so calm down. But, Apple got rid of unnecessary things which in turn will make the Operating System run allot more efficient. Snow Leopard will also feature the brand new Quicktime X. Quicktime X features a brand new interface, which which lets you play movies, videos and anything else you may be interested in viewing allot easier. Is it worth the upgrade? Yes. Although your not getting a completely redesigned and re vamp, Mac OS X Snow Leopard with the edition of 64 bit will be worth the upgrade. Everything will run better, faster and smoother.
